Return/Refund Policy

Returns

We DO NOT accept returns of ANY kind. We are such a small team at Earthbound Nomad, that we do not have the time or capability to process returns, so please message us if you have an issue with your product and we will do our best to correct the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In the case that you would like us to issue you a refund, you MUST get in contact with us through theearthboundnomad@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

(Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.)
