What is Earthbound Nomad?

Earthbound Nomad is an adventure club designed to umbrella various interests such as traveling, exploration, music, and building a nomadic lifestyle. Offering services that mostly revolve around business consultation and travel planning, we also offer various kinds of products to help you further enjoy your time outside, or display around your home. With the ultimate goal of being able to further grow to a point of developing programs revolving around protecting natural areas and getting people outside, Earthbound Nomad currently donates a percentage of its revenue towards nonprofit organizations.

  My name is Bernardo Michel-Luhrs, and I created the brand "Earthbound Nomad" as a way of channeling my various interests and business ideas into one hybrid "campfire". Rather than trying to build a corporation, I want to create a business model where people feel like they can enjoy being themselves, as themselves, without the lack of authenticity many businesses tend to feel like. From the arts, music, travel, exploration, and an overall bohemian lifestyle, the brand is meant to encapsulate the nature of my life and give others with similar passions and interests a way to further connect with their adventurous spirit. Having spent (and continuing to spend) much of my life outdoors and making music, I want to share the various kinds of projects and things I have to offer through Earthbound Nomad.

 

Starting this brand without the support of business loans or proper financing, I am growing Earthbound Nomad as organically as I can, doing everything on my own. As such, I am reinvesting profits back into the business, with a portion going as proceeds towards a variety of different nonprofits centered around making this world a better place. Whether it be through environmental conservation, or getting people from disenfranchised communities outdoors, I want to provide a platform that gives people to enjoy some of the types of experiences I have had that make me enjoy being on this planet so much.

Additionally, as Earthbound Nomad grows, we aim to offer our own exclusive line of products and one-of-a-kind items you won’t find anywhere else. We envision expanding into physical locations where you can fully experience our unique take on interactive art galleries, music and event spaces, wine tasting, and more. We also plan to create opportunities for involvement through affiliate marketing, product submissions, and creative endeavors like branding and design. Ultimately, our goal is to craft our own 'third spaces'—places that make adventure accessible to all while delivering unforgettable experiences for explorers from all walks of life!
